Born in Hiroshima, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Hiroshima University.
He joined Ajinomoto Co., Inc. in 1995.
In 2002, he left the company to found 10 Fields Factory.
Since then, he has led the company into a wide range of industries — from dart machine rentals to smart energy and EV charging — building a truly multifaceted business portfolio.
In 2021, he published the book "Abandon Your Main Business Now" with PHP Institute.

He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Kobe University.
After joining Komatsu Ltd., he was appointed General Manager of Development at Komatsu UK in 2002.
In 2015, he became President of Komatsu Germany, the company's manufacturing and sales base in Europe.
In 2019, he was appointed Senior Executive Officer of Komatsu Ltd.
He became COO of 10 Fields Factory Co., Ltd. in 2021.

Chikao Shiraki
CTO
Over a long career in electrical engineering, design, and installation in Japan and abroad, he worked on projects such as the Nanko Bridge and New Tram station facilities, designed and built toner plants for Minolta Camera (now Konica Minolta) and Sharp, and produced flood-control panels for ships as well as overhead traveling cranes.
He joined 10 Fields Factory Co., Ltd. in 2018.
In the Engineering Division, he has led the design and manufacturing of high-voltage cubicles for EV chargers and provided on-site installation guidance, and was appointed CTO in 2023.

Yoshinaga Hamaguchi

He graduated from the Faculty of Science at Kyoto University.
After joining Matsushita Electric (now Panasonic Corporation), he was appointed head of the semiconductor division at the company's Shanghai office in 1993. He later led M&A projects involving three manufacturing companies in Southeast Asia on the Panasonic side.
In 2016, he joined NEC SCHOTT Components Corporation (now SCHOTT Japan Corporation) and became its President the following year.
He was appointed General Manager of the EV Division at 10 Fields Factory Co., Ltd. in 2023.

Yoshihide Watanabe
Head of Development Division
After graduating from university, he joined Suntory Foods Limited.
In 2013, he was appointed Executive Officer and head of the company's Kyushu regional office.
From 2016, he served as Executive Officer and head of the Tokyo metropolitan regional office at Suntory Beverage Solution, and went on to lead the company's Corporate Sales Division from 2019 and its Fountain Sales Division from 2023.
He joined 10 Fields Factory Co., Ltd. in 2025 as Head of the Development Division.

General Manager, Development Division
He joined Canon Copyer Sales Co., Ltd. (now Canon System & Support Inc.) and became manager of its First Sales Section in January 2001.
He went on to head eight branches and sales offices, mainly across the Kinki region, including the Mie branch and the Nara sales office, and from 2022 also served as senior manager of the Shiga sales office.
He joined 10 Fields Factory Co., Ltd. in 2024.
Driving the company's PPA business and goat rental business, he was appointed General Manager of the division that same year.

Kimio Nishigami
General Manager, After-Sales Support Division
He joined Osaka National Service Co., Ltd. (now Panasonic Consumer Marketing Co., Ltd.) and served as chief of its Engineering Division from 1990.
In 2007, he moved to the company's Consumer Business Division, where he was appointed General Manager and head of the Field Center.
In 2020, he became a director of the Customer Care Center.
He was appointed General Manager of the After-Sales Support Division at 10 Fields Factory Co., Ltd. in 2023.
AI PRODUCT
Katsuyuki Himeshima
General Manager, AI Product Development Division
He joined Sharp Corporation, where he worked on the development of VTR equipment and LCD modules, and was appointed Deputy General Manager of the Display Device Business Unit in 2013.
After reaching retirement age, he joined Hon Hai Precision Industry (Foxconn), managing its LCD operations as Technical Director of the small- and medium-size display business.
He was appointed General Manager of the Business Design Division at 10 Fields Factory Co., Ltd. in 2022.
In 2025, the division was renamed the AI Product Development Division.
